Our chef believes that great food goes far beyond the meal itself, it is a form of art, and we want every visitor to leave with that same feeling.

We also celebrate the local arts community by showcasing works from Quebec artists displayed throughout the restaurant. Each piece is available for purchase, with all profits going directly to the artist. These rotating artworks add color, creativity, and personality, perfectly complementing the vibrant and abstract theme of the restaurant.

Le Bosquet is led by Mack Harshaw and Francis Nadeau-Bourque, a duo combining culinary expertise with sharp business acumen.

Mack brings extensive experience in operations, marketing, and customer management, complemented by hands-on knowledge of hospitality gained over several years in restaurants and kitchens. Since arriving in Quebec City, he has leveraged his management and culinary skills to guide Le Bosquet’s vision and create a welcoming, guest-focused environment.

Francis began his culinary journey at just 15 years old and steadily climbed the ranks of Quebec’s gastronomic scene, moving from hotels and community kitchens to leadership positions in renowned establishments such as Orygine and Alphonse Cuisine & Cocktails. His philosophy blends discipline, creativity, and respect for local, seasonal ingredients — an approach that shapes the soul of Le Bosquet’s innovative and inclusive menu.
